If executive orders can be reversed, can their pardons?
Hopefully, it will be challenged in court, and the SCOTUS can rule on this once and for all. It’s always been a stupid assumption that was never supported, IMO, by the language.

Pardons cannot be “reversed”.
Good question. I think power of pardons is from US Constitution. Those have never been reversed in 250 years. Executive orders are not spelled out to have perpetual life in the constitution.
