A poll conducted by RMG Research reveals a startling number of federal government managers who say they will actively oppose the incoming administration when Donald Trump is inaugurated on January 20.

The Daily Signal reports that RMG Research polled three separate segments of the population including what it calls the “Elite 1%” with postgraduate degrees, earning more than $150,000 annually and live in highly populated areas, “Main Street Americans” who represent roughly 75% of the U.S. population and, finally, federal managers who live near the nation’s Capital city and earn $75,000 or more annually.

When asked if they would most likely be supporting or resisting the Trump administration over the next four years, government managers were almost evenly sp

I've worked for my current company for 30 plus years. I can tell you with certainty that if I decided to publicly oppose the agenda of my incoming CEO, I would be summarily tossed to the curb despite my decades of service.

I was also in the military, and if I ever decided to "resist" the commands of my superior officers or otherwise circumvented my chain of command, I would be subject to UCMJ and be soon splitting rocks at the brig.

Any federal employee planning to resist Trump should be dealt with accordingly.

Time for every government worker to take a loyalty oath, of course its not foolproof but the left will have a fit. Any worker that refuses to follow the president should be fired.

“over half” is rumor by MSM. None of them are brave enough to actually sign name — ‘cause that would be the “cleanse” list.

Could be a startling reduction of staff in the coming weeks along with an abundance of job openings.

so firing some one is probably a long drawn out process.....

Reagan did it with the air traffic controllers. I suspect that technique will work again.

Then they need to be fired, PERIOD.

Just as all of these idiots clapping as Garland exits the Pentagon for the last time...

Only HALF of them?

Did this ‘poll’ include AIR TRAFFIC CONTROLLERS?

Gummint employees are like rockets: if they don’t work - you can’t fire them.

Thanks to Civil Service and unionism it is almost impossible to fire a non-appointed petty bureaucratic. But they can be transferred to an unappealing location with no work to do or even put on permanent furlough with no work to do. Maybe give them nonsensical work like counting paperclips.

Remember when the government shutdowns happened and all “non-essential” personnel did not have to work? Well, I think all “non-essential” personnel should be dismissed immediately. If they aren’t essential, end the free ride.

“Elite 1%”...earning more than $150,000...

Uh...that math dont work out at all. $150K per year is the new $60K per year. $150K per year with 15% going into 401K and 30% going into taxes and health insurance...will get you a modest 3-4 bdr home and two used cars (maybe) to support your family and almost nothing left over for a savings account. And thats in Alabama. Elite 1%? Who the heck writes this stuff?

An employee that openly resits the boss gets fired appropriately.
