I wanted to go where there are seasons to retire. Well, I got them so I stew in my own broth sometimes.

I think Washington state has the best climate in the country, overall. I don’t hate winter, but two weeks of real winter weather would be nice.

I spent a great day snowmobiling in the Presidentials yesterday.

Jefferson Notch was a winter wonderland, ditto the Cherry Mountain loop.

The part of Mount Washington and Madison you could see below the clouds was beautifully snow covered.

We could use a little more snow cover on the lower elevations though.

There are seasons here in Florida!
It is slightly less hot in winter, more hot in summer LOL

But seriously it has been dipping just below 40 deg F at night this month. But gets to 60 deg during the day.

I could not stand living where there are no real seasons. Each of the 4 has its merits. And time flies so fast now that I don’t have a chance to grow tired of any of them.
