The only song "Turn Me Loose" that I have ever heard is the Fabian song released in 1959.

About this Lover Boy, "Lover Boy" was the moniker of Tony Randall's character in the film, "Will Success Spoil Rock Hunter?" released in 1957.   Jayne Mansfield was fantastic in that film.

Saw Loverboy with Sammy Hagar this past summer. Loverboy playes their hits and were great! Sammy’s group was fantastic. Good times!
