A viral and revolting incident in the stands at an NFL playoff game on Sunday has already earned one football fan a lifetime ban from Lincoln Financial Field — and it ended up costing him his job.
The fan, identified as Ryan Caldwell, was captured on video heckling a female Packers fan — and repeatedly calling her a “dumb c–t” — while her fiancé, Alexander Basara, filmed the entire altercation in the stands during Sunday’s wild-card game in Philly, an Eagles win over the Packers.

Caldwell has been banned from all future events at Lincoln Financial Field, a source with knowledge of the situation confirmed to The Post, and his employer, BCT Partners — a DEI-focused management consulting firm based in East Brunswick, N.J. — is involved.
“The management at BCT Partners has been made aware of a video circulating involving an employee making offensive remarks outside of the workplace,” the company said in a statement released Monday on X, without naming the employee. “BCT Partners denounces this type of behavior, and we take this matter extremely seriously. As an organization that has always stood for inclusivity, the conduct displayed was completely unacceptable and stands in direct opposition to our company values.
“We have already begun a full investigation as an internal personnel matter to determine what actions will be taken. We sincerely apologize to everyone affected by this behavior and remain committed to fostering a culture of respect for all.”
...
Later Tuesday, BCT Partners decided to fire Caldwell.
According to internet sleuths, the fan is a project manager with the company.
BCT Partners aims “to harness the power of diversity, insights, and innovation to transform lives, accelerate equity, and create lasting change,” according to its website.

They are not a “Company”. They are a political project posing as a company.
You think that would have been a fair fight? The “cool, cool “ remarks were stupid, but throwing fists in that crowd would have been suicidal. Maybe literally.
I agree with you to a point.
1st step, don’t watch a game in Philly with your girl wearing opposing jerseys. OK get it, maybe she demanded to go and wear her support for her team, even after warning her this could result in injury, jail, or both. So to second chance out.
2. Drunk obnoxious Philly fan shows up, totally predictable. In a very insulting manner he informs your girl that Josh Jacobs was short of the goal line. Next chance out, keep your mouth shut, maybe move her out of shouting distance from jerk, time to take a walk with your girl, get security.. a number of things could be done to avoid agitating Philly fan further. Instead, he verbally comes back and demands obnoxious Philly fan stop being a jerk, obnoxious Philly fan doubled down, and then boyfriend backs down! Sorry, at that moment you need to launch to next level, whatever it is, just the way it is when in that position. You can’t challenge and then immediately back off. She won’t respect him after this.
She’d be planning his funeral.
We aren’t all degenerates, but when it comes to Eagles games, you have a point. I won’t ever go to one. Phillies games are the safest to attend.
More than that jerk’s job is ruined. This story will follow him for the rest of his life. He’s now unemployable. He can probably say goodbye to his marriage if he has one and any future ones. The internet is forever.
Aw, sportsball. Is there anything more grand?
“The small DEI company has gotten millions in federal funding.
“Now I’m really suspicious.”
A deep dive into owners and board members, and their relationships to DC pols, could be VERY interesting! Could be another Biden money laundering scheme.
Hard to have much sympathy for this guy. He's acting like a jerk. Maybe she's a dumb whatever but she's presumably still employed - he isn't.
What caused him to go off on her?
I was an Eagles fan, but not so much now that Glenn Frey is gone.
If he had done that, a fight likely ensues and both probably get thrown out of the stadium and/or arrested. The boyfriend actually got revenge that was several magnitudes higher by releasing the body cam video. Probably why his attitude was so chill, he knew that he was really going to get even with this guy. Probably couldn't have predicted that it would cost the guy his job but releasing this boorish behavior for the whole world to see is likely to cause him a lot of discomfort.
I don’t know what triggered him about her but maybe she deserved it ...
I am not a small person and can take a prick like that down quickly.
Some behavior is not acceptable. Period.
Only Hollyweird is a more entertaining then sportsball for these circus freaks.
So... no Philadelphia Eagles fan should have a job or be allowed to roam free in society - because he behaved exactly as Philadelphia Eagles fans do.
As for the woman who got her ego bruised - no sympathy for someone who willingly goes to an NFL game, to Philadelphia, and especially to a Philadelphia Eagles game. Don't climb in the sewer and then complain about what happens.
“ To learn who rules over you, simply find out who you are not allowed to criticize”
That’s your takeaway from this? Really?
My takeaway is to not be an asshat and that in the day and age of everyone having a video camera choosing poorly may mean the world gets a look at your actions.
“ From what I’ve heard, Green Bay Packers fans are the most decent and classy of any major sports team. A couple of friends of mine traveled out there to see a game as fans of the visiting team. As they walked through the parking lots before the game with their “enemy” jackets and hats, they were treated as welcome guests by every group of tailgaters they passed.”
Your friends are correct.
I’m a Packers fan and used to live in Green Bay (actually DePere if you know the area). We pride ourselves on welcoming opposing fans to our football Mecca. I’ve been to countless games and would often greet fans from other teams and welcome them to Green Bay. We would razz each other in the stands when our teams made good plays of course, but all in fun. No personal attacks or hazing. I never witnessed any of that even once, though I’m sure it probably happened somewhere along the line.
If the DEI Eagles fan had called the guy the same thing instead of the gal, would this be news?
