A viral and revolting incident in the stands at an NFL playoff game on Sunday has already earned one football fan a lifetime ban from Lincoln Financial Field — and it ended up costing him his job.
The fan, identified as Ryan Caldwell, was captured on video heckling a female Packers fan — and repeatedly calling her a “dumb c–t” — while her fiancé, Alexander Basara, filmed the entire altercation in the stands during Sunday’s wild-card game in Philly, an Eagles win over the Packers.
...
Caldwell has been banned from all future events at Lincoln Financial Field, a source with knowledge of the situation confirmed to The Post, and his employer, BCT Partners — a DEI-focused management consulting firm based in East Brunswick, N.J. — is involved.
“The management at BCT Partners has been made aware of a video circulating involving an employee making offensive remarks outside of the workplace,” the company said in a statement released Monday on X, without naming the employee. “BCT Partners denounces this type of behavior, and we take this matter extremely seriously. As an organization that has always stood for inclusivity, the conduct displayed was completely unacceptable and stands in direct opposition to our company values.
“We have already begun a full investigation as an internal personnel matter to determine what actions will be taken. We sincerely apologize to everyone affected by this behavior and remain committed to fostering a culture of respect for all.”
...
Later Tuesday, BCT Partners decided to fire Caldwell.
According to internet sleuths, the fan is a project manager with the company.
BCT Partners aims “to harness the power of diversity, insights, and innovation to transform lives, accelerate equity, and create lasting change,” according to its website.

“almost as if he’s ‘untouchable’ or protected by a special demographic status.”
He is. He’s an Eagles Fan. 😁
But the guy didnt have protected status, he was an old white guy. Guarantee if he was a POC, he’d still have a job
The small DEI company has gotten millions in federal funding.
Now I’m really suspicious.
They likely fired the foul-mouthed fan likely because the company doesn’t want anyone taking a good look at what it’s doing with all that taxpayer money...
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
right.
they didn’t wanted anybody back tracking on the money trails to find any money laundering to campaign contributions or mega million mansions in palisades
It’s not the easiest of calls, but if I were his boss I’d fire him.
And that’s because he’s a project manager. If he were a truck driver or a mail room clerk, who cares? But as a project manager, he’s a lawsuit magnet.
Suppose a female employee isn’t pulling her weight on a project. So he corrects her. Boom! That’s a lawsuit for gender discrimination. And she’s got proof he’s that way. It’s all on video.
So maybe he overcompensates, and avoids correcting female employees who need correction. That’s just as bad.
The guy’s gotta go.
And then you’d better criticize them, anyway.
“I’d rather die on my feet, than live on my knees.”
Constantine. Or Zapata.
Sorry. But Alexander Basara is a pu$$¥. I would have risked jail time and a lifetime ban from Lincoln Financial Field for the honor of beating him within an inch of his life and the pleasure of hearing him scream like a little b!+ch as he bled...if he'd done that to my fiancé.
Dime a dozen is overpriced.
Project management:
1) Have everybody prioritze tasks for things the project manager knows nothing about.
2) Schedule meetings and ask if the tasks are done.
I sort of agree with you, people like this guy probably have a history of being an ass and the company probably had enough of him and used this video to get rid of him.
I would not be surprised to find out this guy has a history of being an ass even at work, if you checked his employee file, you would likely find he’s been written up by other women for similar behavior, this time it was in public and on video and the company used it as an excuse to get rid of him.
> At least get the smack talk going if you’re not willing to fight at that point. <
In the old days many states had “fighting words” laws. You were legally allowed to answer fighting words with fists.
I don’t know what it’s like today. But I think the boyfriend played it right. He’s not a cop (evidently). There is no purpose in escalating here, except to satisfy one’s ego. In my younger days I certainly would not have said all that.
But with age comes wisdom.
And as a side point, years ago I attended a talk given by a Japanese karate master. He first talked about two important defensive techniques: distance and de-escalation.
I was disappointed. I expected fancy reverse punches, and stuff like that. But yeah, he was right.
Remember the guy videoing himself at Chik-fil-le harassing a sweet young girl at the drive through window? Got fired from his job after he posted his self immolation video. Lost his house, and I think his wife got out of the bullying relationship.
I found they basically became a cushion between executives and technical types. As a technical person, I tolerated them but realized I could get rid of them by assigning them a task. It was like handing them a booger.
If someone is acting in an aggressive manner to my wife, I’m not pulling a phone out to record. They get a free lesson in max aggression.
This day and age it seems people’s first instinct is to start filming.
Harness the power of DEI? Is that some kind of joke. Gov spends millions for this crap adding to 37T in debt.
“The fan, identified as Ryan Caldwell, was captured on video heckling a female Packers fan — and repeatedly calling her a “dumb c–t”
Did anyone prove he’s wrong, or is this another baseless accusation?
Least value add people in my career were project managers. It always amazed me they felt so high and mighty with their silly certifications. The majority didn’t have a clue about the actual work being done, or how problems got solved in the field.
About the only value I could see is that they made great scapegoats if something went wrong, usually things outside their control. Then we would simply tell the customer they had a new project manager, and it was the previous project manager’s fault. LOL.
Philadelphia fans have always been degenerates- now they’re hypocritical degenerates.
call DOGE!!!
