“The biggest loss for Trump is now the inability to conceal carry.”

More. Can’t possess arms and ammunition period and technically can’t even touch them! There is a provision for relief but the F’in Union congress has so far proohibited funds for this so it’s moot. Another warning to Greenland. Hope Trump fixes this.

“....the somber ritual of sentencing testified to both the supremacy and limits of presidential power...”

The only thing this “somber ritual” testified to is the profound evil of democrats.

Trump should wear his felony as a Badge of Honor right next to a Purple Heart he deserves after being shot by an assassin. Both earned while fighting for his country.

Labels mean everything to RATS. Their favorite mantra is: “It’s not the evidence that matters, but the seriousness of the charges that count.

The NYT said “to occupy the Oval office.”

George Washington didn’t have an Oval office, but he was a felon.

It is a badge of honor, really. “I’m a so called felon and all I got was the Presidency.”.

Can’t wait until the NYT has to report that PDJT’s felony convictions were overturned on appeal. LOL.

I’m sure it will be on page 22 in the cars for sale section.

But in the end there are these facts to consider:

  1. He is the President-elect, and the DEI hire isn’t.
  2. He will appeal and the conviction will be overturned, which will strike that from the record.
  3. It was a corrupt court and a fake charge to begin with, so who cares?
  4. Merchan is a scumbag weasel, and I hope Trump nails his butt to the wall.

The New York Times is an evil propaganda tool ruled by foreign billionaires. Its goal is to undermine the US government. It should be shut down.

Trump needs to investigate all who sought to convict him. Look into them and if he finds anything illegal in their lives—convict them to the fullest extent of the law. They are lucky Trump isn’t Putin or they would take a leap out a tall building or drink form Poluium Tea. Personally, I wouldn’t mind if all of these clowns met a sudden fatal fate.

I am proud to say that I voted for this felon three times, and I donated to his campaign all three times.

The only negative for DJT is that they think they have taken away his gun rights. Somehow I think this will come back to bite them in the fanny. He will be even more motivated to restore gun rights to ALL non-violent felons.

When is someone, anyone going to challenge the liberal press to produce the Titles and Statute numbers of those “felonies” that don’t exist?

That would be very satisfying and I would like to see it done.

Unfortunately, doing so is a huge risk from a PR standpoint.

There are much better ways to attack these people indirectly under the radar that are far more effective.

The big goals is cutting out money flow from the rico level political/financial organized crime complex that the Democrats have set up to fund their malfeasance via tax[payer and campaign contributor money.

[aimhigh #8] The biggest loss for Trump is now the inability to conceal carry.

[Bonemaker #42] Can’t possess arms and ammunition period and technically can’t even touch them! There is a provision for relief but the F’in Union congress has so far proohibited funds for this so it’s moot.

It is possible that Attorney General Pam Bondi may find that President Donald J. Trump will not be likely to act in a manner dangerous to public safety and that the granting of the relief would not be contrary to the public interest.

https://law.justia.com/codes/us/title-18/part-i/chapter-44/sec-925/

18 U.S.C. § 925

§925. Exceptions: Relief from disabilities

(c) A person who is prohibited from possessing, shipping, transporting, or receiving firearms or ammunition may make application to the Attorney General for relief from the disabilities imposed by Federal laws with respect to the acquisition, receipt, transfer, shipment, transportation, or possession of firearms, and the Attorney General may grant such relief if it is established to his satisfaction that the circumstances regarding the disability, and the applicant's record and reputation, are such that the applicant will not be likely to act in a manner dangerous to public safety and that the granting of the relief would not be contrary to the public interest. Any person whose application for relief from disabilities is denied by the Attorney General may file a petition with the United States district court for the district in which he resides for a judicial review of such denial. The court may in its discretion admit additional evidence where failure to do so would result in a miscarriage of justice. A licensed importer, licensed manufacturer, licensed dealer, or licensed collector conducting operations under this chapter, who makes application for relief from the disabilities incurred under this chapter, shall not be barred by such disability from further operations under his license pending final action on an application for relief filed pursuant to this section. Whenever the Attorney General grants relief to any person pursuant to this section he shall promptly publish in the Federal Register notice of such action, together with the reasons therefor.
