How much is it now?
Try pulling a permit now. You will be able to start building in 3-4 years. And YOU all voted for this insanity and non common sense.
I’ll have to pass. Two many steps at my age. Better off sticking to my one story house.
Would not want to be the one cleaning that place.
Burned down.
Wonder what they had it insured for?
Those in that area are the very people that pushed for Kamala and Biden and Obama.
Their current situation is a direct result of their political philosophies.
Some people get to live and enjoy absolute luxury in life.
i wish i was one of them..
Too modern for my taste.
It has all the warmth and charm of a dentist office.
Is it a coincidence that the most popular part of the video was at 3:56, when the fire pit flames were burning in front of the scene of downtown LA?
Well, maybe the owners can apply and eventually get one of those $750 FEMA loans just to tie them over like some of those poor folks in NC got. /s
My next door neighbor’s house is valued at $6.3 million. It sold mid construction for $4 million back in 2016. No way I would want it.
It’s a beautiful show piece with 16 ft ceilings, all Italian marble floors built in a Mediterranean style with a tile roof. About 13,000 Sq ft.

The irony of the promo video is the emphasis on open flames in its last minute.
Okay, I went and had a look. Yikes, who’d live there, a math freak? Soul-less as a Bergdorf’s window. Way too many sharp angles, stairs like sticks. Nothing whatsoever that hugs you. I’ll take drapes, art, pillows, color. Gimme fretwork!
Nice view of Sodom though ;)
I am sorry if it burned but I’d bet it was vacant.
The ‘decor’ looks institutional.... not cozy
Who wants to live in a place that looks like an airport lounge or hotel lobby?
There is no time in my life when I would have liked to live in a house like that. It’s well beyond over the top. I imagine the views are gorgeous, however, and I liked individual features, like the infinity bathtub glimpsed briefly. The all-stainless kitchen looked like the galley of a submarine. Claustrophobic!
And Mara Lago is only worth 17 million.
