My next door neighbor’s house is valued at $6.3 million. It sold mid construction for $4 million back in 2016. No way I would want it.

It’s a beautiful show piece with 16 ft ceilings, all Italian marble floors built in a Mediterranean style with a tile roof. About 13,000 Sq ft.

I like living next to them as the 24/7 armed guards patrolling the property give me added security.

Between our homes is a pond with a huge fountain in the middle that I get to enjoy without any of the maintenance costs.

Next to it, my home looks like a shack, but I don’t care as my home is functional, made of brick, and has a huge finished basement, something none of the other homes in our area have.

sounds like you have a nice set up, and can enjoy the best of both properties without the burdens :)

Well...my house was made of brick (as were the neighbors), and the Niagara-like torrent of the Helene-fueled Nolichucky River OBLITERATED all signs that houses had even been there. G-O-N-E!
