The hits just keep on coming. Add to this list as more examples of gross incompetence come to play.

Or even deliberate examples. These wildfires are not accidental.

The California left is going to suffer some serious exposure and backlash over these exposed fire related causes and scandals.

I used to drive through Malibu down the PCH when I went to work at LAX. Malibu and Pacific Palisades had a beautiful view, but the buildings to each side of the PCH were really dumpy. This whole scenario is identical to Lahaina. People who have been there so long in ticky-tack shacks whose property was valued in the millions due to the proximity and views. What an opportunity to burn the whole town down — most of those places were uninsured, since the nearby hills have burned so often — offer the residences pennies on the dollar and just rebuild a billionaires-only "Smart City."

Just like Lahaina. Just like Western North Carolina, except that was not intended to rebuilt, but rather strip-mined — they had to remove the hillbillies first by either killing them or driving them out.

I'm just back online tonight after power was finally restored... with these high winds in La Verne, California( about 30 minutes east of Los Angeles)...

three friends have lost homes in the Eaton Canyon fire....and the Palisades are destroyed!!

But the anger is intense!!

SO MANY are mad when they realize that the WATER hydrants went DRY!!!!!!!!Why? Because our Demonic Governor refused to address the issue and protect a " endangered SMELT fish".... that cost homes, and lives!! Something MUST be done. I am 83 and never seen fires like this...

Nicely done aggregation!

White males are to blame.

I'll re-post my post #32 from that thread to this one.

Here is video of Adam Carolla testifying about it to some committee or board meeting or something. He said he was 19 when he first applied so this DIE BS has been going on for a long time.

Fox News 11 just interviewed a LAUSAD School Board member who the reporters, etc. were quite familiar with about schools that had been damaged etc.

[Nick] Melvoin’s campaign was criticized for receiving significant third-party spending support to defeat Zimmer, including the Walton family who spent more than $5 million for his campaign. The election itself was also criticized for being what was believed to be the most expensive school board election in U.S. history.

I dare say not one local reporter or newscaster in southern Maine could even name the Portland school board chair or identify her in a line up.

Nick Melvoin lost the dem primary for the 2024 congressional district, but it looks like he is running for his next office.

After the segment, the newscaster told the truth. LAUSAD school are needed to be open because they provide childcare to so many children. Not education, but childcare.

A rational country would prosecute the “leadership” of LA County and California for gross malfeasance and hold them personally responsible for the deaths that have occurred.

Government at all levels has very few basic responsibilities. Providing, maintaining, and protecting the critical infrastructure that holds our society together being among those. Water, sewers, police to maintain order, honest courts to punish the evil among us, and fire protection are examples.

When those in charge of these things allow totally foreseeable events to cause billions of dollars in property damage and deaths of the citizens they’ve sworn to protect they need to pay a heavy price for their failure.

If we were living in better days, and if they had any honor, they’d admit their failures publicly and then fall on their swords.

Sadly, we no longer live in such days.

With all the restrictions of gas powered pumps and ordinance against clearing of dry combustibles in the hills, and the sudden cancellation and denial of insurance, this appears to be a planned burn.

And the fire-girls were set for a fall.

I do not like to see women in a mans’ job
Especially when they so obviously can not even attempt to pass the physical

But that is dirty

Its how socialists wage war. From causation to response — to the outcomes and the resulting chaos and disaster.
When trump had power before... every major city had arson, overflowing violence... and mayhem.

It will only be ended when democrats socialists illegal alien criminals and anarchists are eliminated from positions of power and governance. Everywhere.

When I was first hired by a big city Fire Department the first DEI crap started creeping in around ten years prior. In my class they had to go down to over 700 to get a black female. Around 2500 people had taken the test which resulted in approximately 25 people being hired in 3 years off of that list.

Some of the ridiculous nonsense that went on to hire and promote DEI type people was literally unbelievable and definitely resulted in extreme problems in many cases. Much of it was a complete farce.

Why Los Angeles is Burning?
Short answer is “God” has brought his wrath.

You can add to your list: “Governor ignored advice of President Trump”, and link it to the video of Trump telling Newsom to practice good forestry, and to retain the water God sends instead of making it flow out to sea.

Their choice of politicians is the number one reason. Skin color, their genitals or lack of, their war on American infants and their freeloader policies is a good place to start to find out.
