Finding was by a U.S. District Court Judge. I expect he'll appeal as damages by the Covid vaccine are much better documented now then they were in 2021. His decision and those of his assistant coaches not to take the shot may have saved him from future illnesses and maybe an early death.

Since covid injections also impact people in close proximity, I wonder what would happen if colleges fire people for having received the injections..

Using the term “judge” following “Obama-appointed” would constitute at least a mid-level Oxymoron. The judge is probably as law-incompetent as is Dorkbama.

The judge’s ruling defies precident. He himself is criminal.

My brother (ran a chain of nursing homes) dutifully was #1 in line to get his mandated covid shots. With each one he was subsequently hospitalized for blood abnormalities. Insane white cell, red cell, and platelets. Each time the red cells became abnormally shapes and failed to carry oxygen. He spent two years getting transfusions twice a week, and died in March of 2024. He was under the care of a researcher from Moderna. As a matter of fact, so was the whole wing of the University of Pennsylvania Hospital, with all patients male, over 60, with the exact same symptoms, for six weeks. It wasn't any cancer. They none the less gave them all chemotherapy and bone marrow transplants that all failed to resolve the problem, even though the bone marrow transplants "took" and were successful. Six months later he was dead, as were the rest.
His long time physician kept sending in reports to the VARS system. They contacted him back and threatened his medical license unless he would stop reporting.
In your own best interest, stay as far away from any medical practices, hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation care facilities, and buy and prepare your foods from known source purveyors.
Euthanasia scientists are hard at work earning vast fortunes to satisfy the culling of the global herd projects.

"[Rolovich] frequently expressed secular concerns about the COVID-19 vaccine to friends, family members and coworkers," Rice wrote. "In the thousands of pages of discovery, Plaintiff does not invoke a religious objection to the vaccine. This alone is a basis for denying Plaintiff's claimed religious objection." He had an idiot for an attorney. 1 word, 11 letters Mr. Rolovich:
"MALPRACTICE"
But I will state this:
If the qualifier for anything non-secular - i.e., MY PERSONAL BUSINESS - is that I discuss it publicly, then I have a baseball bat itching for some action.

federal corrupt [I'm using "corrupt" instead of "judge"] Thomas O. Rice also stooged for Obama over the abortion pill.
Rice also stooged for Inslee when there was a challenge to Inslee's emergency Covid powers.

All the reasons the judge gives has to do with money. But at least the coach doesn’t have the fear of suddenly dropping dead from he vax.
