The “experts” are idiots.

It’s more likely Europe was invaded by Muslim mobs thus causing a drop in IQ in the people. Sorta like what is happening now.

“and when did a society go from being a thought leader to cannon fodder.”

Good points. If this claim is true, then it also happened around the time Rome ditched the republic for imperial dictatorships.

from the article:

Although ice core records show that Arctic lead pollution was 40-fold higher in the early 1970s โ€“ at its peak

so with all the lead and flouride, we can understand where the 81 million votes for Biden came from

In the same vein

Wealthy people bought up all the middle class farmer land in Italy and started farming it with slave labor (think modern day illegal immigrants) thus hollowing out the the Roman middle class which provided the bulk of the legionaries under the Republic and the early empire. So the Legions started being more and more filled with non Roman citizens. Those new Legionaries were more loyal to their commanders then then any notion of Rome or Citizenship.

The results was political faction (like current US Democrats) who were only interested in advancing their own political power with zero regard for any damage they did the Empire as a whole

wow, i never knew the i.q. test existed in a.d.1

your knowledge of history seems exclusive ( to your delusions )

so what, exactly, is this claim of history ?

you are just digging your hole deeper.

maybe you should go home to the d.u.

do you really long for the chomo days of the pagan world ?

As Iโ€™m sure you know I said civilizations as in plural.

Romans did not have a patent system but they kept tons of detailed drawings, notes, records, some which are still around today.

Heckling is a difficult job, but somebody has to do it. ;-D

I am under the opinion that our society is undergoing collapse right now. There are numerous indications that such is the case. Our general productivity is not up to par even though there have been several spectacular inventions in recent times.
