Good morning and Happy Lord’s Day!

I won’t be pinging full list today. Will put up new thread Tuesday and ping our list at that time.

Yard work today and will dig a deep hole to bury a bunch of blue boxes🤣

Duke advances to final four. In many ways my heart is still in Ohio( Ohio State, Browns, Cavaliers, Indians) but I’ve been here three years now and was here 1978-1990 so NC is also part of my being.

Health overall good. The orthopedic, joint, misc annoyance med issues I’m handling best I know how to minimize symptoms and still be productive

It is really nice - REALLY REALLY nice - to have water in kitchen and a commode that flushes (without pouring water into bowl) after 3 years without.

Not been super creative in kitchen. Been doing routine easy meals and other other things with time. I do make 2qt crock of soup weekly. Jeff and I are on intermittent diet without doing it on purpose. One meal a day (between 4-6)and I now and then have Greek yogurt and fruit earlier. Neither of us desire to eat when we are not hungry despite traditional time and meal slots. I do tea daily- small 2cup pot of herb or green that I add ginger in to seep overnight. Just have a cup of coffee twice a week. I eat too much candy after a couple decades of eating next to none. I plan to cut back -how? Don’t buy any more(except licorice 😊 )

I’m pretty much on a routine that’s working for now

Rains last night and today predicted. BUT -No rain again so I’ll be dancing with hoses again later

Prayers for my friends here with many physical maladies and many others with issues on their heart causing pain. Much we don’t share but we all have crosses to bear

People are shocked by what is going on with the Court System. I was elected for many reasons, but a principal one was LAW AND ORDER, a big part of which is QUICKLY removing a vast Criminal Network of individuals, who came into our Country through the Crooked Joe Biden Open Borders Policy! These are dangerous and violent people, who kill, maim and, in many other ways, harm the people of our Country. The Voters want them OUT, and said so in Record Numbers. If it was up to District Judge Boasberg and other Radical Left Judges, nobody would be removed, the President wouldn’t be allowed to do his job, and people’s lives would be devastated all throughout our Country. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!

Working together with a fantastic and very talented Executive Residence Staff, along with the wonderful people at the National Park Service, we are making tremendous enhancements to the White House, thereby preserving and protecting History! One of the interesting dilemmas is a tree planted many years ago by the Legendary President and General, Andrew Jackson. It is a Southern Magnolia, that came from his home, The Hermitage, in Tennessee. That’s the good news! The bad news is that everything must come to an end, and this tree is in terrible condition, a very dangerous safety hazard, at the White House Entrance, no less, and must now be removed. This process will take place next week, and will be replaced by another, very beautiful tree. The Historic wood from the tree will be preserved by the White House Staff, and may be used for other high and noble purposes!!!
