Breaking …
Canada is going to send Ukraine maple syrup bottles to throw at the Russians and the UK is going to arrest any Russian for mean memes.
Zelensky is a negotiating genius.

I’ve written this a couple times and deleted it, but here it goes...
I live in Western North Carolina.
I watched Joe Biden hand out billions of dollars to Ukraine.
Yet, nearly every single day here, we would get calls from families with young kids who lost their homes, begging for shelter.
During those months, I truly lost all hope.
I watched BILLIONS of dollars go out the door to another country’s war, while we were driving RVs to KIDS AND THEIR PARENTS living in tents, garages, a tool sheds.
You will never convince me that Ukraine deserved billions while American citizens in Western North Carolina had to beg each other for help.
Unless you lived through that experience... unless you personally dropped off an RV at the doorstep of American mountain momma and her kids who lost everything, like I did...
...you do NOT get to tell me what we “owe” Ukraine
I wasn’t a MAGA person back then. I was honestly a stuck-up jerk who thought I was better than you because I got my news from “the experts”.
I couldn’t have been more wrong.
Once you see the media turn on you, your own government abandon you, the bubble begins to burst.
Then, you can’t unsee it.
“America First” isn’t just a slogan.
It’s a blood-curling-scream into the night for all of us who were abandoned by our own government when we needed it the most...
That’s why I’m MAGA now.

Good post, exit. Thank you.
The people in western North Carolina deserve complete support of our federal tax dollars. They experienced a natural calamity that could not have been predicted. No one ever dreamed that a hurricane could get that far inland from an ocean or the gulf and still be so powerful.
If life were fair, which it is not, everyone who voted for Obama or Biden would send money to Ukraine.
We had a mild couple days, but it’s going to get brisk again.
I’m trying to lay low for a few days to be a good girl and take care of my eye like I am supposed to do. But it’s hard to do most of the basic things because they’re normally actions should do and you don’t think about it.
The other day I did make some thing for the first time - Mongolian beef ,a favorite of my sons from an Asian fusion restaurant. . But the other day I did make some thing for the first time Mongolian beef . took a long time to chop up everything and do all the prep work, but it really was easy and it was absolutely wonderful . I made the sauce and did his Beef strips in half and my tofu in the other half it
was really delicious.
Finished The Game of Thrones. I rewatched segments many times because there’s so many characters and it gets so confusing. Has anyone else read the books and watch the series? I read the first six books and saw the entire 8 seasons
not much’s new here on the homefront -still plugging along
Well!
How about dat?!
Glad I read this before bed!
Thanks, Judy!

Like most actors at the time, the cast of *Gilligan’s Island* was paid a set fee per episode, with additional payments for the first five reruns. After that, their income from the show effectively ended, and their involvement in its legacy was minimal. This meant that, for many, the financial benefits of being part of the series stopped nearly 50 years ago.
However, Dawn Wells, who portrayed Mary Ann, had a different vision. She was the only cast member to negotiate a contract that included royalties for every repeat of the show, no matter how often it aired. While the studio didn’t initially think *Gilligan’s Island* would have lasting appeal and didn’t see the potential for reruns, Wells had the foresight to make sure she would continue to benefit.
Her decision turned out to be a smart one. The show, which the studio expected to fade into obscurity, has remained a popular and enduring classic. For more than five decades, *Gilligan’s Island* has been continuously aired in syndication, and as a result, Dawn Wells’ royalties have grown into tens of millions of dollars, making her one of the few cast members to enjoy long-term financial rewards from the show.
Good read
A man from Norfolk , VA called a local radio station to share this on Sept 11th, 2003, TWO YEARS AFTER THE TRAGEDIES OF 9/11/2001.
His name was Robert Matthews. These are his words:
A few weeks before Sept. 11th, my wife and I found out we were going to have our first child. She planned a trip out to California to visit her sister. On our way to the airport, we prayed that God would grant my wife a safe trip and be with her. Shortly after I said ‘amen,’ we both heard a loud pop and the car shook violently. We had blown out a tire. I replaced the tire as quickly as I could, but we still missed her flight. Both very upset we drove home.
I received a call from my father who was retired NYFD. He asked what my wife’s flight number was, but I explained that we missed the flight.
My father informed me that her flight was the one that crashed into the southern tower. I was too shocked to speak. My father also had more news for me; he was going to help. ‘This is not something I can’t just sit by for; I have to do something.’
I was concerned for his safety, of course, but more because he had never given his life to Christ. After a brief debate, I knew his mind was made up. Before he got off of the phone, he said, ‘take good care of my grandchild.’ Those were the last words I ever heard my father say; he died while helping in the rescue effort.
My joy that my prayer of safety for my wife had been answered quickly became anger. I was angry at God, at my father, and at myself. I had gone for nearly two years blaming God for taking my father away. My son would never know his grandfather, my father had never accepted Christ, and I never got to say good-bye.
Then something happened. About two months ago, I was sitting at home with my wife and my son, when there was a knock on the door. I looked at my wife, but I could tell she wasn’t expecting anyone. I opened the door to a couple with a small child.
The man looked at me and asked if my father’s name was Jake Matthews. I told him it was. He quickly grabbed my hand and said, ‘I never got the chance to meet your father, but it is an honor to meet his son.’
He explained to me that his wife had worked in the WorldTrade Center and had been caught inside after the attack. She was pregnant and had been caught under debris. He then explained that my father had been the one to find his wife and free her. My eyes welled up with tears as I thought of my father giving his life for people like this. He then said, ‘there is something else you need to know.’
His wife then told me that as my father worked to free her, she talked to him and led him to Christ. I began sobbing at the news.
Now I know that when I get to Heaven, my father will be standing beside Jesus to welcome me, and that this family would be able to thank him themselves ..
When their baby boy was born, they named him Jacob Matthew, in honor of the man who gave his life so that a mother and baby could live.
Please take time to share this amazing story. You may never know the impact it may have on someone. God doesn’t call the qualified, He qualifies the called.
Wonderful story, Dolly.
I knew three fellow Christians that died that day.
One was NYFD, two were on the plane that crashed in PA.
The Lord is present in the midst of tragedy.
Praise the Lord!

Dear European Leaders:
Why the hell should American taxpayers keep footing the bill for your defense—so you can keep funding your cradle-to-grave socialism?
Stop posting on X.
Start paying your fair share.
Ungrateful freeloaders.
Good morning. Thanks for breakfast. I’m getting my strength back little by little.
Thanks for breakfast, exit. And the perfect accompaniment....a big side dish of Mike Davis, telling Europe to get stuffed! I hope this is all a prelude to the pulling out of NATO! Between them all sucking up to the little Zelensky criminal, and JD’s smack down about their phony “shared values” charade, it’s high time for America to cut the arrogant leeches loose. They think they’re so much better, sophisticated and superior....well let them take care of themselves!
Thank you for checking in. I appreciate you updating us.
Good to hear,lysie.
We miss you.
A small start, but hopefully it’ll pick up soon! Get them all out, unless America actually needs some there. Get out of the UN, get out of NATO, and ask the UN to be sure to turn the lights out when they leave.
