I'm not convinced that H1-B visas are a huge problem.I'm willing to be proven wrong with reliable and detailed data. But I *would* wager everything I own that they're used by at least some employers...and perhaps many...to lower their payrolls by paying an Indian $40,000 a year for work that an American would demand $80,000.

I've seen it written that the Rats could possibly use the issue to damage DJT. I surely hope that that isn't allowed to happen.

Why not just accept the testimony from the executive from biggest H1b Visa Body shop who has the most H1b visas.

You might try to claim that the person who worked there and was fired after complaining about what they were doing has an axe to grind and can’t be relied on. Okay, so what if that is true.

Their own executive testified under oath.

Intel has complained about what is happening and tried to get someone to do something about it.

All it takes is just a little research to find out just how bad the problem really is.
