Can’t believe it’s been 10 years.
CNN needs a ratings boost?
Seems like a waste of money. The remains are probably spread out over a large expanse of the Indian Ocean. I do not want to appear cold hearted, but the families know they are gone. I doubt we will learn much from any wreckage.
I don’t think it was 6 months later that a Malaysian Airlines flight was shot down over Ukraine. A terrible 1-2 blow for the airline.
We watch Air Disasters on TV, and there seems to be an inordinate amount of Malaysian pilots causing plane crashes, often, it seems, due to arrogance and bullying. Co-pilots and other underlings are berated and ignored. I know nothing of Malaysia; are they caste oriented?
I remember that the (General Electric?) engines continued to transmit performance data that was captured by the manufacturer, which told investigators how long they were in operation to give an idea of the maximum range the plane flew. Problem was, it didn’t/couldn’t transmit GPS information—which would give a great idea of where it impacted. So the search area was gargantuan.
They mean "search for a new cover story" since the old one hasn't held up too well. World governments know exactly what happened to MH370 - and whatever it was they think the public can't handle the truth.
It’s been solved already. Didn’t Don Lemon say something about a black hole.
Is it still breaking news on CNN?
