I just don’t know what is going on. The shooter had a space between his eyebrows and Luigi had a unibrow when arrested. NOW he has the space between his eyebrows.

Something weird with all of his family connections and money - his disappearance, motive (?).

Everything can be a Federal crime. This should give any thinking person pause.

Look, if he is guilty in a fair trial with sufficient due process, I say put him away in prison.

Its not right to shoot a man in the back. I don’t see death penalty but put him away.

Lo! The left is now in favor of the death penalty. Didn’t see that coming. I mean I guess they put the OKC bomber on the fast track too. No one really ever got to talk to that guy either.

“and a firearms offense.” - would this be the silencer? Bet it is. Now why would one build a pistol, then go through all the paperwork to buy a can?

Oh, and why is that being, ahem, suppressed? Should they not be singing about this from the rooftops? Makes their purp even more scary.

But no, they don’t want anyone looking at that.

BTW, you thought guns were regulated? The paper trail on a suppressor is quite thorough. Or should be. If it’s not that is a major clue too.

Oh, and who goes to the trouble to make a pistol and doesn’t ditch it after the crime? This stinks to high heaven.

I copied to paste the same sentence that you did because I don’t understand why using a firearm to commit murder in NYC would be called a FEDERAL OFFENSE...certainly not all murders in NYC using a gun warrant a federal charge....

The closest thing to eternal life on this earth is a Federal death sentence.

Pre-meditated murder and justice demand as much.

Lots of charges. Lots of laws. Justice? It’s horrific that Brian Thompson never had a chance to defend himself. Condolences to his family and friends. RIP, sir.

Interesting, a federal law that can bring a death penalty to ANY MURDER in any state as long as a gun is used, even in deep blue New York. So does that mean Cash Patel or his boss could re-assign all of the agents and prosecutors who are currently assigned to go after moms who speak up at school board meetings - to instead prosecute murderers in LaHood and tell the Soros DAs to pound sand?

This piece of human debris MURDERED someone in cold blood ON A CAMERA. He should be tried, and executed swiftly.

Luigi’s lawyer complained that the additional Fed charges are ‘piling on’.

I can’t help but think the feds are overcharging him and purposely making a mess of this prosecution so he gets acquitted. He is going to have a jury of his marxist America hating peers. He is a hero of the Obama revolution. No New Yuck jury would dare find him guilty.
