This Twilight Zone episode, ‘The Night of the Meek’, first aired on television in 1960. It has long been one of the favorite Christmas stories in our house:
I hope everyone enjoys a peaceful and happy Christmas season, and a good New Year. We have a lot to be thankful for.

Great episode!!
Don’t think I ever saw this one. Description says ‘Art Carney’ in a dept store. Those were the creepiest, when the manqequins (sp) would come to life
The mannequin one was a different episode.
MERRY CHRISTMAS! The future looks much brighter this year. Thank you to the Lord for the birth of his son, the greatest gift to all. Thank you also for and protect President Trump.
MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ONE AND ALL!
This one is a really good episode.
Happy Christmas
Thank you, and to you and yours as well.

We used to have great TV, and great movies.
Now, it’s mostly dreck.

Merry Christmas...
Happy New Year...
I remember seeing that one probably the first time it aired. Brings back many memories. Thanks for sharing. And Merry Christmas!
Amen!
Merry Christmas!!
THANK YOU for posting this.I had never seen it.We had a television for only a short time in 1960 and didnt get one again until 1965.
The Night of the Meek destves to be a classic.
When I was a kid, there were times when we didn’t have a lot of money - if the TV broke, it was often long before we could have it fixed.
I don’t recall if I saw this when it was first aired; but I’ve seen it many times since.
