They can't be deported but they can damn sure leave the US if the parent has won custody and gotten a international child custody order to remove the child from the US. So the deported babies are 4 months old? Don't they need to be with their mother? Most courts would say so, and not a mistake. This instance sounds suspiciously like a media-generated frenzy. If babies were separated from mom, then the frenzy would be the cruelty of separating families, and as it turns out, the frenzy is over the dad's citizen rights.
