I don’t know why anyone would be a police officer in a blue city.

I don't recall all the details of the medical examiner's report. I do recall that it listed fentanyl and meth having been found in his blood.I also recall that it was noted that there was evidence of heart disease...presumably caused by an unhealthy lifestyle and/or bad genes.
Did the cop's lawyer focus on the autopsy report to any degree? And if so what did he say about it?

A year or two ago, there was a video of a ‘lady’ shoplifting an entire grocery cart full of huuuuge slabs of ribs and other meat. She was putting the meat in her car trunk. If I had been an employee, I would have started taking the meat out of the trunk and putting it back in the same cart. Would have made a great video.
Back in the day, they used to let us chase the shoplifters. Myself and a few other grocery store employees were on the track team. My favorite event was the 440 yard race. Even if the shoplifter was immediately faster, after 200 yards, they would slow down considerably, and we would reclaim the merchandise.
Way fun.

I recall from the autopsy report at the time that he had a fatal level of fentanyl in his blood at the time of death. This was obviously ignored at the trial. What good will more such data do?

Before we can have a fact based conversation. Everyone should watch " the fall of minneapolis" on YouTube.
There is a lot the media and FBI hid from the news.
IMHO.. It was a situation the deep state took advantage of to steal the 2020 election. PEOPLE WERE FOCUSED ON THE RIOTS,
It showed Tim waltz is an evil man with an agenda.
It showed the judge was in on it, it showed the jury feared for their lives if chauvin was found innocent.

Chauvin should be pardoned before the political Gods.

This is a dead end, literally.
Chauvin needs better counsel (again) because he needs extreme relief. Evidence that could have exonerated him of Murder3 was never presented at trial.
Chauvin is actually not guilty of Murder3, and his non-guilt of Murder3 is more than sufficient reason to overturn his Murder2.

Good! Another life ruined because of the liberal mob.

There are bad cops. Derek Chauvin was a bad cop. He should spend time in prison for what he did. But he should be out now. The appropriate charge should be manslaughter.

Policing while white.
It’s a crime in a lot of places.
Where?
Look at a 2024 electoral map.
In blue counties Trump didn’t carry it’s a crime.

He might want to claim he thought the victim was a healthcare ceo, or a marine vet on a subway,...or TRUMP.
To: MtnClimber; All
We were told by Chauvin himself of this .... "some other information in the future that will be of interest..." a few years ago.
Derek Chauvin - more to come

The intimidation of the jurors in the Chauvin case was obvious and at least one potential juror said he wanted to be dismissed because he feared for his and his family’s safety. There was ample reason for a change of venue, but that was ignored. George Floyd was a walking time bomb and in all likelihood would have been found dead on the street from drug overdose within hours even if he had not encountered the police. Chauvin did not receive a fair trial or an impartial jury weighing the evidence.

The blood tests and tissue examinations may help establish Floyd’s actual cause of death. But of course, I hope his conviction is overturned, but "Floyd's actual cause of death" was known at the time of the trial, and it damn sure wasn't from asphyxiation from a knee holding him down.

The blood tests and tissue examinations may help establish Floyd’s actual cause of death.I guess I would think that would have been done BEFORE the trial.
