If humans came out of Africa and MET Neanderthals, then Neanderthals were ALREADY there. Does that mean not all humans have African heritage??

The current mainstream belief is that the Neanderthals represented a much earlier wave of migration out of Africa. A completing theory is that they were in fact native to Europe.
