Kash Patel needs to investigate the living hell out of the State of Colorado conspiracy against Peters and the crimes of Ellis and the poofter judge that put her in prison.
It was a conspiracy to violate her civil rights straight out of the 60s and some southern sheriff going after people registering blacks to vote.

Sounds like she needs better lawyers. Indeed, or at least local attorneys willing to exhaust her state remedies. At that point, out-of-state federal litigators experienced with violations of Constitutional due process would seem prudent.
If a delay in the appeal can be shown as atypical, she might also have a civil rights case against various state officials.

Colorado is so corrupt.The corruption came from California, Oregon and Washington State when they immigrated to California. Oddly those that came to Texas, Florida, and other conservative states are mostly fleeing the politics of those states and vote more Republican than Democrat.
