Indeed, or at least local attorneys willing to exhaust her state remedies. At that point, out-of-state federal litigators experienced with violations of Constitutional due process would seem prudent.
If a delay in the appeal can be shown as atypical, she might also have a civil rights case against various state officials.
Lawyers don’t matter when the system is absolutely corrupt.
