The modern Democratic Party was birthed in the wake of Lyndon B. Johnson’s failure in Vietnam. LBJ was an expert machine politician, and through his time in Texas and into the national picture, he proved that he knew how to get his hands dirty and organize a political party and take power. Like Joe Biden, his domestic accomplishments were eventually overshadowed by his foreign policy calamity, and after he stepped down in 1968, the Democratic Party changed dramatically and got more conservative.

Regardless, LBJ still cheated. That’s who he was.

You guys should learn more about JFK, almost everything we think that LBJ dreamed up actually was a continuation of JFK’s goals and programs, for example, New Frontier into Great Society, Vietnam, the 65 Immigration Act, Affirmative Action, and on and on.

Absolutely no. NO. Not at all. No way. Cheating is how they flipped California.

I don’t think you can lay all that on Kennedy. Kennedy was a lot of things, but he wasn’t nearly as devious and calculating as Johnson was. The Civil Rights Act would have passed no matter who was president then. It was way past time for that to happen.

Johnson schemes went way beyond any of that. He used the bully pulpit to build a welfare state that we are unable to deal with even now. And he was warned that it would destroy the black family structure. He didn’t give a damn. It brought money and political power to the Democrats and that is all he cared about.

Vietnam and Johnson’s inability to deal with it in a sensible way is what brought him down.

Everything and more, that I listed, started with JFK, immigration is an example.

This is the democrat party platform that JFK ran on in 1960.

Immigration:
“We shall adjust our immigration, nationality and refugee policies to eliminate discrimination and to enable members of scattered families abroad to be united with relatives already in our midst.

The national-origins quota system of limiting immigration contradicts the rounding principles of this nation. It is inconsistent with our belief in the rights of man. This system was instituted after World War I as a policy of deliberate discrimination by a Republican Administration and Congress.

The revision of immigration and nationality laws we seek will implement our belief that enlightened immigration, naturalization and refugee policies and humane administration of them are important aspects of our foreign policy.

These laws will bring greater skills to our land, reunite families, permit the United States to meet its fair share of world programs of rescue and rehabilitation, and take advantage of immigration as an important factor in the growth of the American economy.

In this World Refugee Year it is our hope to achieve admission of our fair share of refugees. We will institute policies to alleviate suffering among the homeless wherever we are able to extend our aid.

We must remove the distinctions between native-born and naturalized citizens to assure full protection of our laws to all. There is no place in the United States for “second-class citizenship.”

The protections provided by due process, right of appeal, and statutes of limitation, can be extended to non-citizens without hampering the security of our nation.

We commend the Democratic Congress for the initial steps that have recently been taken toward liberalizing changes in immigration law. However, this should not be a piecemeal project and we are confident that a Democratic President in cooperation with Democratic Congresses will again implant a humanitarian and liberal spirit in our nation’s immigration and citizenship policies.”

Larry Nichols said on air that the Democrats stole 8 million votes from Mitt Romney, so Obama didn’t win against him.

Everything about Obama’s election is shady as Biden’s his opponent dropped out of the race (?) he was only spent 150 days in the senate and wins the election twice.

The democrats had a plan let’s use for Biden too.

LBJ’s accomplishments are , endless supply of govt money for non workers. Murder of JFK, Vietnam debacle, and ordering a stand down as the Liberty was attacked with intent to destroy by Israel. What was he he said? “I am not going to save some sailors, and embarrass our Ally Israel”.

There is an interview by Candace Owen of a member of the crew of the Liberty and his story.

To me it seems like they wanted a US warship put on the bottom of the sea, so we could join in the war. WEEEE HOOOOOey, more deaths.
