Our children are property of the government. Just like in China and North Korea.

If parents do not have standing who does have standing?

WTF. “Very bad sign” is an understatement. It’s over for US down the road is what this means.

This means six of the justices declined to hear the case, and were willing to let the decision stand? What of Barrett and Roberts.

The public school system are a 19th century concept that outlived its usefulness in the early 21st century. It’s primary function is to supply free daycare to parents that have sold themselves into indentured slavery.

The internet makes public schools completely and utterly obsolete.

If you are sane and love your children, homeschool.

Well, now the only ways to handle this is to get a constitutional amendment or take over the school boards. Of course if you try that the FBI will consider you a terrorist.

Cannot believe what's become of the USA since 9/11.

Inconsistent and mixed message.

Vote to value the human life in the womb by overturning Roe v Wade.

Once out of the womb the Nanny State is free to mutilate what God created and intended?

This decision is passive aggressive judicial activism.

The Roberts Court may be the Warren Court with a passive aggressive strategy.

Meanwhile, from the UK's Deep State...

Ban on puberty blockers to be made indefinite on experts’ advice Existing emergency measures banning the sale and supply of puberty-suppressing hormones will be made indefinite, following official advice from medical experts.

what a freak show.

first, confuse the kiddies. then castrate them when they become confused.

Who would want to subject their children to this stuff?

And why are adults who are supposedly wise abetting this?

ANOTHER REASON TO HOMESCHOOL

This ping list is for the other articles of interest to homeschoolers about education and public school. This can occasionally be a fairly high volume list. Articles pinged to the Another Reason to Homeschool List will be given the keyword of ARTH. (If I remember. If I forget, please feel free to add it yourself)

The main Homeschool Ping List handles the homeschool-specific articles. I hold both the Homeschool Ping List and the Another Reason to Homeschool Ping list. Please freepmail me to let me know if you would like to be added to or removed from either list, or both.

How much longer before they start offering assisted suicide to the kids?

This is an appalling ruling by the USSC.

Amy Conehead Barrett and all the other females are fine with it. Roberts too. Women are the vanguard of the tranny and homo insurgency. They are the ones who champion and protect the entire movement.

To: Jan_Sobieski; All
Thank you for referencing that article Jan_Sobieski.

"The ruling that had come out of the 7th U.S. District Court of Appeals in a Wisconsin fight claimed that parental rights were not affected when schools secretly encouraged children to be transgender, so the parents had no standing to bring the case [??? emphasis added]."

FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument

The misguided (imo) Supreme Court's decision on this issue is arguably an attack not only on three constitutionally enumerated protections, but also on the Holy Bible imo.

To begin with, Mark 7:1-13 shows us that Jesus reprimanded the religious readers for driving a wedge (my words) between parents and their children, thus nullifying the "Honor your Father and Mother ... Commandment" by doing so. So even religious leaders cannot interfere with parental authority imo.

In other words, parental rights are protected under the umbrella of 1st Amendment-protected religious expression imo.

And it's actually good that parental rights are not expressly constitutionally protected because some "parents" do not deserve to be parents imo.

Next, the Supreme's decision also wrongly weakens state constitutional protections of voter referendum imo, wrongly nullifying majority voter power to decide against genital mutilation.

So the Court's decision also weakens constitutional guarantee of state republican form of government imo.

"Article IV, Section 4: The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government [emphasis added], and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence."

Finally, the Supreme's decision is also an attack of the 10th Amendment (10A)-protected power of the people to make their own decisions imo.

"10th Amendment: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people [emphasis added]."

Note that 10A is a significant protection like 1A because it protects parental rights regardless if majority of state voters approve of gender mutilation.

The bottom line is that the Supreme Court needs to be drained with the rest of the swamp.
