Memphis is a fantastic city, infrastructure wise.

Memphis is completely different. Don’t come here unless you know what you’re doing.
When I retire I’m purchasing an armored personnel carrier to take tourists on “the ‘hood after dark” tours.
I believe I have to get a license for the Vulcan cannon though.

    I believe I have to get a license for the Vulcan cannon though.If you were in California, you could probably hire a Haitian or Somali to do the driving and tell the police the vehicle was a technical and therefore culturally permissible. Tennessee might be different.
