An Idaho beauty salon is facing a boycott after its owner repeatedly branded Donald Trump voters racist, homophobic and misogynists.
Tiffney Prickett, from the salon, Voire, in Coeur d'Alene, took to TikTok after the election to share her thoughts of the president-elect's voting base.
'Trump basically gave small men the ability and the courage to be misogynistic and hateful and say s*** like 'your body, my choice' and 'you will bear my child whether you like it or not,'' Prickett said in the November 12 video.
The two-minute clip saw the businesswoman rant about 'the things men say to women are gross,' adding 'I don't know why more men don't come to the defense of women.'
The 40-year-old mother-of-three has since faced numerous boycotts of her small business, some from 15-year returning clients, who disagree with her attacks.
'This is me facing the consequences of my own actions,' she said in a follow up video captioned 'It's not politics. It's HUMAN RIGHTS. And I will gladly suffer the consequences of standing up for what's right.'
Prickett, dressed in a full-face of makeup, then explained how some of her most loyal clients 'did not feel comfortable coming to her salon anymore.'
'I just had a client send her husband into my salon and demand a refund for gift cards, pre-purchased, because of my stance.'
