Thats the WHOLE purpose of the inoculation. To get your body to MAKE spike proteins. Did they think the little hijacked factories were just going to suicide themselves to 0 in short order???
The theory was that the cells near the injection site would be cozened into making spike protein, which would then present itself on the surface membrane of just those cells; whereupon the immune system would
a) learn to recognize the spike of the natural virus
and
b) kill those cells presenting the spike protein, preventing the spike protein from being created in the body on a longterm basis.
Neither the localization of the lipid nanoparticles near the injection site, nor either of the other assumptions, were true.
