Kamala Harris Called A 'Functioning Alcoholic', 'Broken' As She Drops New Video
Times of India ^ | Nov 27, 2024

The latest video of vice president Kamal Harris set the tongue wagging as she consoled her supporters in a recorded speech because social media users said she needed the consolation as she looked absolutely broken. "I know this is an uncertain time. I'm clear-eyed about that. I know you're clear-eyed about it, and it feels heavy," she said in her first public speech after her Howard University speech in which she conceded the election earlier this month.

“I just have to remind you, don’t you ever let anybody take your power from you,” Harris added. “You have the same power that you did before November 5th, and you have the same purpose that you did, and you have the same ability to engage and inspire.”

"Because of your efforts, get this, we raised an historic 1.4 billion dollars from grassroots supporters alone," Kamala Harris said in the video.

The video was ridiculed by the Republicans as they asked how the video was released and nobody realized how dishevelled and incoherent the vice president appeared on the videO.

Subtilty in singing the blues can easily be mistaken for drunkenness.

The moment my husband saw it, he said, ‘She’s drunk!”.

I guess she has nobody advising her anymore - they probably got tired of the way she ignored all of their advice.

I doubt she will ever attract any big donors for anything. Not even a dime for dog catcher.

We all saw it right in front of us.

Dem-party loyalty prevented anyone in the MSM from saying it.

I thought Xanax too, or something like it. I think there is drugs here, and they’re still pushing this puppet for some leadership role like governor of California. She would have been just a puppet, fit for the Mexican cartels and chinese mandarins. The rot has gone really deep with the democrat party, and they are in total denial about it. It needs to be cleaned up seriously and they can start by throwing out the progressives that have taken control. GOP needs to do the same with the progressive infiltrators before they get like the democrats.

Nobody with a drinking problem should be anywhere near the White House. The job is beyond stressful by itself.

(Oh, and good luck to her on that California Governor thing)

Here's a note I have from Andrew Roberts, "Churchill: Walking with Destiny."
In "Churchill: Walking with Destiny," Andrew Roberts addresses Winston Churchill's approach to alcohol, emphasizing that Churchill was taught to drink in moderation and had a strong aversion to drunkenness. Roberts notes that Churchill's drinking habits were controlled and that he disliked excessive drinking. He also mentions that Churchill's consumption was often exaggerated by others, but in reality, he maintained a disciplined approach to alcohol.

Roberts provides specific examples and footnotes to support these points. For instance, he cites instances where Churchill would water down his whisky and sip it slowly throughout the day, ensuring he remained clear-headed. Additionally, Roberts references Churchill's own writings and the observations of those close to him, which highlight his disdain for drunkenness and his commitment to maintaining control over his drinking habits.

These details are supported by footnotes in Roberts's biography, which reference primary sources such as Churchill's letters and diaries, as well as accounts from contemporaries who observed his behavior firsthand. This thorough documentation provides a well-rounded understanding of Churchill's relationship with alcohol, countering the myth of his excessive drinking.

Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are prime examples of how little regard the Democrat Party has for its supporters.

Not surprising at all. Having worked for years in the ER of a big city hospital we saw many, many,*many* alcoholics. Some were absolutely irretrievable. One of our "frequent flyers" died on a bench right in front of the hospital and another froze to death one night in a doorway just down the street.

Others were reasonably well dressed and well bathed.

I always said if the swamp takes out Biden, Biden takes them all down with him. But I didn’t think he would go so far as to provoke a hot war with Russia. (Then again Putin and Zelensky both have so much dirt on the Bidens he’ll burn the world because “nobody F’s with a Biden).

I remember a story about LBJ - that he gave the key to the liquor cabinet to an aide, who was instructed to give him just one drink at a certain time late in the afternoon.

I didn’t like LBJ at all; but if that story was true, I thought it was at least responsible of him and respectful of his job.

“… must be wanting to end any chance she has at a political comeback”

That ended shortly after the knife went in Biden’s back. When she stalled out and started losing altitude in late summer.

To Democrats, losing an election is far worse than losing a child or a parent. Power is their god. If they fail to grasp and hold that power, their fellow possessed “teammates” will devour them.

All I can think of is who is making decisions with the potential to turn North America into a giant ashtray?

I mean, consider this. Whoever is running the shadow government KNEW Biden wouldn’t present a problem, and now we see Harris as clearly as we saw Biden after the “debate”. They must have known she wouldn’t be a problem to them either - instead of oatmeal with brown sugar (for Biden) they would need to be running out for Jack Daniels, but other than that, SSDD.

I don’t know why you all are so confident that they are going to yield power. I think a replay of the USSR August 1991 coup is a serious possibility.

Did SHE really give Trump a run for his money? I think it just goes to show how much influence the media has on half the country. They could run anything and be close. Add in some vote fraud and decrepit, dementia pedo’s can have historic wins. If we don’t get a handle on the vote fraud and level the election playing field, it could easily happen again.

I read a piece of crap not long ago that implied that Harris never had a billion and a half dollars campaign chest because nobody believed she was too stupid and could not beat Trump. I haven’t seen the news flooded with confirmations that her “GOP endorsers” actually voted for her ass or were they just a bunch of liberal gasbags looking for a little publicity.
