Unfortunately I live in the triangle in eastern Washington. About 10 miles from Fairchild AFB. It use to be part of Strategic Air Command with nuks and B-52s but for the last 40 years we are just a tanker base.

If I'm not mistaken there was recently a HUGE lithium deposit discovered around there. I imagine that the target list has been updated since this one came out.
