Seriously the chances of taking out America’s triad of land, sea, and air nukes are 0. It is mutual assured destruction for any party to start a nuclear war. Nobody will survive. Russian generals know that even if Putin doesn’t. So do ours.
If a first strike knock out is impossible how far would tit for tat strikes go? I don’t think anyone is crazy enough to find out threaten though they might.

russia would never launch just 50 sarmat missiles. maybe the 1st wave and try to convince us it was accidental, 2nd strike followed up with hundreds of missiles and thousands of warheads. don’t kid yourselves
