Message Top Democrat County Official, Diane-Ellis Marseglia, illegally tried to overturn an election by publicly announcing she was deliberately counting illegal ballots. This is a punishable crime and a serious undermining of the public trust. We demand Diane-Ellis Marseglia be prosecuted and severely penalized for her offenses.

Intentional defiance of the law is immoral and illegal
As an elected official, her decision makes for a lousy role model for other election officials
Her statement was made with criminal intent, disregarding a recent judicial decision. There is NO Justification
She verbalized her intent to violate law and the judicial decision, regardless whether or not any/ either political party was affected.
She should be removed and replaced and held for trial.
