Yes, adding a turkey or two would be easy. We already raise a beef steer every 18 months. The wild turkey that Beau has gotten for us is some really good eating, too!

I have given up telling the cubs not to name the meat animals. :)

The Midget Whites are really good birds, they do not grow as large and so get along well with the chickens. One year we did Royal Palms but while they were pretty the meat was not as good and they were to delicate for our colder climate.
