Fluoride in Water Poses “Unreasonable Risk” to Children, Federal Judge Rules
The “conspiracy theorists” were right again.
Judge Edward Chen has ruled that the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) MUST take action on water fluoridation.
He found that fluoride poses an “unreasonable risk” of reducing IQ in children, especially for pregnant women and young kids, at the current levels.
He dismissed the EPA’s argument that it’s unclear exactly how much fluoride is dangerous and instead pointed to scientific evidence showing that even the so-called “optimal” level for dental health (0.7 mg/L) could be harmful.
This decision could potentially lead to the end of water fluoridation in the U.S. and is a significant blow to the EPA, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and groups like the American Dental Association (ADA), who have long defended the practice.
This is a huge win and another step forward to Make America Healthy Again (MAHA).
Someone owes the Birchers an apology.
What type of floride is used in drinking water?
I wonder what his take is on eco-toxins?
“Fluoride is an industrial waste associated with ... IQ loss”
Could explain the widespread lack of knowing how bad fluoride is.
I suggest that most Americans consume very little tap water in 2024.
For a miniscule amount of fluoride actually consumed by the target population, we treat bazillions of gallons used for showers, toilets, lawns, dish washing, laundry, etc. This is not efficient.
General Jack D. Ripper: Have you ever seen a Commie drink a glass of water?
Group Capt. Lionel Mandrake: Well, no, I can’t say I have.
General Jack D. Ripper: Vodka. That’s what they drink, isn’t it? Never water.
Group Capt. Lionel Mandrake: Well, I believe that’s what they drink, Jack. Yes.
General Jack D. Ripper: On no account will a Commie ever drink water and not without good reason.
We never had it in NJ.
"... concluded “with moderate confidence” that higher fluoride exposures “are consistently associated with lower I.Q. in children [??? emphasis added]."
First, regardless if the feds are run by pro-MAGA or Democrats, it remains that the feds have no official, constitutionally-based opinion on the effects of fluoride.
"State inspection laws, health laws [all emphases added], and laws for regulating the internal commerce of a State, and those which respect turnpike roads, ferries, &c. are not within the power granted to Congress” —Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
"From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited." —United States v. Butler, 1936.
In other words, what are popularly elected (ahem) state healthcare officials saying about the effects of fluoride on school children?
Next, are lower IQs in children possibly a consequence of either fluoride, or public school indoctrination (unconstitutional federal funding), or both?
Furries=school teachers/superintendents identifying as cats.
NYTimes is suddenly pro-poison.

From RFK’s Telegram thread:
Thank you Lee Zeldin for joining me in Utah Monday. Utah has now become the first state in the nation to officially ban fluoride. I also celebrated other MAHA legislation in Arizona including removing harmful chemicals from school lunches and eliminating sugary sodas from SNAP waivers.
I look forward to inviting every Governor who passes MAHA legislation to come celebrate with me at the White House this fall.
