If some other entity can manage to cross the void and reach Earth, I believe they could hover wherever the heck they desire. It is akin to the government hiding a hurricane.

That said, there was a marvelous X-Files episode that postulated aliens sending probes to investigate our planet. We send our own orbiters and rovers into space. The aliens might do the same. The marvelous part of the alien probe was they are just like small flying insects. They were, however, made out of metal.

As is always the case, it’s the cover-up rather than the real crime that over-shadows the crime and that certainly is true for UFOs. It appears no person, no agency inside or outside of government will inform (cover-up) the legitimate elected government, including the president, what is going on. That means there is a rogue black government that doesn’t answer to anyone. How is this entity funded? Is this entity conducting illegal self-funding activities on its own, i.e., child/human smuggling, drug smuggling, other criminal activities?

I am a “Phoenix Lights” witness. There were lights but those lights were attached to a vessel that nearly blacked out every star in the sky. It seemed like every sound of the night just stopped. Dead silent. Birds, bugs, traffic - we take the ambient sound of civilization for granted but you are quite alarmed when everything - every noise just stops.
