Watched the vid, contained his usual humor, but made some interesting points.
He came to mind when I heard of the Gaetz nomination. Not necessarily as ATF Director. I just knew he’d met with Gaetz and MTG. Why not?

Oh, yes! Ran for Congress in Texas, unsuccessfully, unfortunately but the campaign was a hoot and he did force a runoff. I think he’d be a great pick, seriously, because unlike the present occupant in that office he actually does know a thing or two about the topic. Plus liberal heads would explode.

He might be good at cleaning them up - but I’m always leery of those who “fish” for positions in the public arena - if he wanted to be considered, he should find a way to get in contact with Trump for a private chat instead of “blowing the smoke”.
