I like just about all of those veggies. Wish I could like ‘greens’ more - turnip, collards, etc. You seem to have to add a lot of bacon fat to them to make them palatable.
Watercress is SO beautiful when you see it growing in the wild. It just LOOKS healthy! I know where there is a perfect patch of it, but I can’t get at it as it’s on private land. Darn!

Skip down a ways on how to grow it in a pot. It has to be moist/wet at all times, so growing it in a container is the easiest solution to that.
There are lots of pureed vegetable soups that use kale. I do one with kale, spinach, zucchini, split peas and herbs and aromatics, and it’s wonderful. When it’s all whizzed up it’s not at all like eating a dish of greens (which I don’t like much either.)
