Women are dominating early voting in the 2024 election so far, prompting concern among some of former President Donald Trump's allies.
Women are outpacing men in casting ballots nationally and in all seven battleground states, according to NBC News' tracker of early ballot returns. Of the more than 58 million mail-in and early in-person votes that have been cast nationally, 54 percent were cast by women and 44 percent by men.
In the swing states of Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia and North Carolina, there is at least a 10-point gap between men and women in the early vote. The gender gap was widest in Pennsylvania as of 2 a.m. ET on Thursday, with women accounting for about 56 percent of the early vote, and men for about 43 percent.

My yearly reminder Newsweek still exists.
Amen, vote, volunteer, victory!
New York requires that if you don’t have two hours between either the opening of the polls and the start of your shift, or two hours from the end of your shift to the closing of the polls, your employer give you that time off without penalty.
yes..I’m seeing lots of moms with a stroller at EV in Harris County, Houston. Husband at work wife out voting.
My wife was really gung-ho about going and voting, I was going to wait until Tuesday or Wednesday this week, but nope, she dragged me to vote last Sunday.
God yall are idiots. You don’t want to hear it, but- you are your own worst enemy. None of us conservative women are trying to shame or change you. I prefer masculine men. But politics concerns reality & if your goal is to get elected- you have to appeal to a majority- which involves women. Sometimes it feel like yall are more concerned with taking smacks at political correctness than winning elections...🙄
Even my dentist finally threw in the towel and stopped getting Newsweek for the waiting room.
Lol.
That’s not the problems- the voting preferences cancel each other out. It’s that more women are voting than men- it’s about 45% men to 55% women 😁
Heck honestly Im NOT concerned about women who are voting, if they want to vote, GREAT they have every right to vote..what Im concerned about are the Nikki Haley voters who might be voting for her because they hate Trump..now I know some have asked why Trump did not ask Haley to come campaign with him, I dont think it would make any difference, even if Haley came and begged her voters to vote for him they would not have done it..but honestly there were PLENTY of never trumpers in 2016 thats how the whole never trump movement started made no difference Trump still won
so trump should start pushing abortion and dei and what have you, right? you are the clueless one. catering to ANY one group is pathetic. Trump’s doing the right thing and he’s going to win big. And boatloads of women will vote for him and don’t need the likes of creepy nikki haley’s crap opinion on anything
yes...I did the same
“Forget it, Jack. It’s NewsWEAK.” ;)
And their testies snipped.
Ridiculous.
The return envelope has the voter ID number on it so the State can identify who voted. Most States sell a subscription, which is updated daily, of all registered voters and whether they have voted or not. Political parties routinely purchase these subscriptions to fine-tune their GOTV efforts.
The registered voter lists include the gender and birth date of the voter as well as party affiliation. That is how pollsters know the statistics that they publish on these matters. They are not inferring anything, rather they are summarized raw data from the States.
Thanks for the validation and info.
I did a little more digging. As you note, gender IS in voter registration databases. But not for all states. The NBC article presented several statements that don’t foot with the facts from this website (which is a great source of info):

true but i could go to vote early, hear something overhead, look up to see it was a bird about to crap on my head then jump out of the way only to jump into traffic, get run over by a car and not be able to vote at all....
Hence i think i’ll stick to what i’ve always done and vote on election day....
There is merit in sticking with tradition, and it does make things more difficult for the Democrats to count how many fraudulent votes they must inject into the counts.
We make our choices and place our bets.
“Newsweak”reported the Dodgers won the world series, are you going to pretend the Yankees won because you don’t like the source? You can ignore facts, or you can act on them. You do yourself no favors by just blindly eating the sugar from places like Gateway Pundit.
