An employee at my local Board of Election once told me that voter fraud doesn’t occur, it’s a myth, disformation.
If so many real, actual, bad voting events were not taking place, which they are, the false stories would be getting much less traction. The false stories are believed because of so many real ones.
Everyone knew the video of tearing up the ballots was fake, and the video was spread by trolls.
This is the classic “buffalo run”: spreading easily discredited hoaxes in order to cast doubt on real problems that come up.
Have a critical mind when you see stuff on the internet. Don’t be a “useful idiot”.

Why are we allowing our tax dollars to fund the Leftist NPR. If NPR was conservative and pushing conservative ideas you can bet the Democrats would have had the funding stopped years ago. But, Republicans are spineless.

It's a definition thing. Of course voter fraud happens, but it tends to be on a fairly limited scale - a single vote by a relative using dead uncle Herbert's ballot to a few dozen non-existent people voting from a 7-Eleven address.
Ballot fraud is much more efficient and on a much larger scale. Triple counting of stacks of ballots favoring the D candidate, thousands of pre-voted ballots being trucked in at 3 AM when "no vote counting is going on", tabulating thousands of mail-in ballots that mysteriously have never been folded to go into an envelope, flipping votes via bulk adjudication, etc.
NPR will change their tune overnight if Kamala loses.
