I love pistachios, but they are somewhat expensive.
Couldn’t I get my required luteum from tablet supplements?

Sounded interesting until I saw it was from Tufts, those same people who told us Lucky Charms were healthier than ground beef.

And if millions americans eat pistachios for 6 months, the American Pistachio Growers gets billions, but if our eyesight doesn’t get any better, what recourse do we have?

Costco has a lutein/Zeaxanthin supplement for about $20.
They have 3 supplements that contain lutein.
The one I use is from Trunature.
The dyed ones give you redeye.
and 5 years from now a new study will stay they cause cancer.
