Q ~ Trust Trump's Plan ~ 10/28/2024 Vol.501, Q Day 2557

Q has reminded us repeatedly that together, we are strong. As the false "narrative" is destroyed and the divisive machinery put in place by the Deep State fails, the fact that patriotism has no skin color or political party is exposed for all to see.

>Decide for yourself (be true in your own beliefs).

Those who attack you.
Those who mock you.
Those who cull you.
Those who control you.
Those who label you.
Do they represent you?
Or, do they represent themselves (in some form)?
Mental Enslavement.
The Great Awakening ('Freedom of Thought’), was designed and created not only as a backchannel to the public (away from the longstanding ‘mind’ control of the corrupt & heavily biased media) to endure future events through transparency and regeneration of individual thought (breaking the chains of ‘group-think’), but, more importantly, aid in the construction of a vehicle (a ‘ship’) that provides the scattered (‘free thinkers’) with a ‘starter’ new social-networking platform which allows for freedom of thought, expression, and patriotism or national pride (the feeling of love, devotion and sense of attachment to a homeland and alliance with other citizens who share the same sentiment).
When ‘non-dogmatic’ information becomes FREE & TRANSPARENT it becomes a threat to those who attempt to control the narrative and/or the stable.
When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.
Difficult truths will soon see the light of day.
WWG1WGA!!!

Q

In the battle between those who strip us our constitutional rights, we can't afford to let false divisions separate us any longer. We, and our country, will be forever made stronger by diligently seeking the truth, independence and freedom of thought.

My understanding is that recess appointments only last until the end of the next Senate session. When Obama used recess appointments to make the National Labor Relations Board function, he was sued, and the Supreme Court ruled that it takes at least a ten day recess to justify a recess appointment.

So Senators no longer take long recesses. The last ten-day recess they adjourned for was in 2016, according to records kept by the Senate Historical Office. Instead, they take short breaks, and a single senator enters the chamber every few days for a “pro forma” session during which no business is conducted. If President Trump were to try to fill his Cabinet using recess appointments, many would consider it an abdication of the responsibilities of the Senate and a lawsuit would surely follow from the litigious Democrats. We don’t know how a conservative Supreme Court might react to an effort to fill the Cabinet in a manufactured recess.

The Article II, Section 3, exception may be usable if Speaker Johnson can get the House to pass an adjournment resolution and the Senate doesn’t agree to it. PDJT could then adjourn the Senate for ten days to ram through a Cabinet, but Johnson would need every House Republican to go along with him in a quest to declare parliamentary war on a Republican-controlled, but hostile, Senate. I’m not sure whether Johnson is willing to spend political capital on such a manoeuvre, and even less sure about how it would turn out.

A President has never in US history tried to adjourn the House and Senate using this authority. The Senate Historical Office recently stated that it was not aware of a serious discussion about using this particular clause in the Constitution since the 1930s. Conservative legal expert, Edward Whelan, has written about the idea in The Washington Post and is encouraging Johnson to shoot it down.

If nothing else, we’re all getting an up-close lesson in the application of the United States Constitution to real life politics. I find it fascinating.

when the Congress convenes they can undo Trump’s appointments.

Congress undo Pres. Trump's appointments ?
It's only the Senate that has advice and consent.
I did a quick scan of my pings in the last month and I don't see where I made that comment...at least I don't recall saying that or under what context it would be.
I don't know how the senate could undo a legal recess appointment.

A SCOTUS ruling in 2014 made it harder for a president to make a recess appointment and Congress made it almost impossible because a couple of "someones" would stick around and hold a "pro forma" session to get around the constitution's 3 day rule.
So congress could actually take a break longer than 10 days without actually being in recess and not have to worry about recess appointments.

In his 1st term, Pres. Trump made a lot of people "acting" and "acting" didn't require senate approval. Their "acting" term was only good for 210 days.

A recess appointment is good until the next Congress session - 2 years, give or take...

That ranked choice is, to me, unconstitutional. One man, ONE vote. Period.

I agree with your point. Ranked choice gives each voter multiple choices. If it were ever to be adopted in an area where there were meaningful/swingy electoral votes in play, I suspect there would be a rigorous Constitutional challenge on that basis.

I think these are the most interesting times of my lifetime.

I so agree with you! We’re in the middle of a very interesting time in history and I’m happy to be witnessing it. I’d be happier if I could influence it more than I do, but I try to do it vicariously. I like to think that I’ve calmed some very jittery American friends who were so frantic that I worried that they’d live long enough to cast their votes for PDJT. I kept reassuring them “Patriots were in control” and the election would not be stolen this time, and to make sure that EVERY conservative relative they had cast their vote. Some even volunteered to work for their candidates or otherwise volunteer in their District. It’s exciting to think that we’re on the precipice of seeing the world change for the better and we were early witnesses.

Someone put a link to this already but I can’t remember who. Bannon says that Gowdy was grilling Bannon for hours trying to dig up stuff on Trump. So, Gowdy is dead to me!

Muslim parents try to murder their 17-year-old daughter outside her school in an “honor killing” in Washington state.
________________________________________

It’s beginning to look like the young woman, Gursimran Kaur, who was killed in a Halifax, Nova Scotia, Walmart walk-in baking oven was intentionally locked in the oven by ... her MOTHER (who also worked at the store) as part of an honour killing. The family is Sikh and not Muslim. Many people are unaware that honour killings are prevalent in the Philippines, Latin America, MENA (Middle East/North Africa) countries, in South Asia, and especially in India, Pakistan and Nepal.

I’m trying to imagine how you beat the humanity out of a woman/mother to a point where she doesn’t have even the most basic protective instincts that a dog has to protect its loved ones. I SOOO want to be wrong, but it’s beginning to look like this woman killed her own child.

A couple of minor points -

The brother and father are still in India and are trying to emigrate to Canada (probably not going to happen if the rumours are true). Second - they started a Go Fund Me and have raised $200,000 for the family! Someone needs to alert GFM that the money needs to be returned to the donors if the family killed its own daughter/sister. I suppose if I’ve heard the rumours, they have too.
SMH HARD!

Good job, Stylin! We could play a match scratch. I’ve gone up from a 6 to a 12 handicap in 7 years and I’m surprisingly unstressed about it. I know where the range is but I haven’t been there in 7 years and I’m loving the game more than ever.

To be completely serious, every time I have a bad shot, I imagine some poor child somewhere on Earth being abused by an adult and I’m ashamed that I contemplated for even a split second that what I’m doing out on the golf course is even the tiniest bit important. It isn’t at all, and it’s brought me back to a profound enjoyment of the game that I haven’t had since I started playing and was a 36 handicap. A relaxed mind allows me to swing better/freely and just enjoy the walk and hear nature around me. If I practiced, I could probably be an 8 handicap, but I’m helping (with you and everyone here) to save the world instead 😊
