Hahaha...I love cats, that is so typical.
When I was a kid living in Yokosuka, Japan, my mother took us six kids out in our 1965 Chrysler New Yorker station wagon, and as we were driving down the highway through Yokohama, we all saw a little calico, tail-less kitten kitten right on the side of the highway.
My mother saw it too, and began praying that none of us saw it, but we all did...:)
“MOMMMMMM! A KITTEN!!!!!! STOPPPPPPP!”
She was done for. She had to stop, and we took that little kitten home and named it “Chi Chi”...:)
It was so flea-infested, that when my mom put it in the kitchen sink to wash it, it looked like someone had sprinkled a pepper shaker over the sink full of water!
We took her with us to Subic Bay, our next duty station, but...my parents put her down because we couldn’t find anyone to take her when we had to leave.
OMG, ambushed by a pack of ninja kittens.......I hope he survived.
I hate it when that happens.
I’m allergic to cute little kittens 🤧
They are just using the old hitchhiking trick. Put the pretty girl on the side of the road with her thumb out, and the others come out of the bushes when a car stops.
The first kitten was to get him to stop. Then the rest of the (adorable) gang moved in! I couldn’t leave them by the side of the road either, seeing how they could get run over, attacked by a predator, attacked by a Haitian, or get some disease.
I see the switch on the kitten distribution system got stuck in the “Open” position.
I did that once, there was a tail less cat on the shoulder of the freeway, pancaked. She had big udders, you could tell she was nursing. I pulled off and entered the Hotel parking lot from a back road. Found a passel of baby kittens. I took them all home, and raised them. I kept one of them and she was the best ever, to me. She ran from my kids, from my GF at the time. But she flat out loved me. She never got bigger than a kitten, but she had babies. The babies were just like her, small, and with no tail. I named the Cat Li’l Bit, her babies were Tiny Bits, and she was stolen, and her baby whom I kept, got ran over in my driveway. GREAT CATS...
My God. A surprise sneak attack.
That’s an abundance of kitten cuteness! 😺
Please save us from the Haitians!
