Still question fed’s constitutional authority to meddle in the affairs of a city. That is the State’s constitutional business.

The unconstitutional portion of the feds’ acts and agencies are MUCH more threatening to our lives, liberties, and wellbeing that any city’s malfeasance.

I’m guessing that technically makes it a federal crime but I could be wrong.

Article IV, Section 4 (1) might reasonably be construed to mean that the U.S. government has some authority over public corruption at the state level.

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government ...

Federal crimes are charged. Which of the statutes charged do you consider unconstitutional?

Betting that you haven’t read the specific charges ...
