I can remember my older brother teaching me how to eat eggs raw...through a tiny pin hole. I was a dumb 6 year old girl!!

IMO the best way to eat raw eggs is in cookie dough, cake batter, or honey cornbread batter.
My mother starved in post war Europe. She said that she would suck egg thru pinholes...everyone in the country did it. She demonstrated. She hated Americian overconsumption
