With the price of eggs, I’d be bankrupt.
I eat 4 eggs a day for breakfast. NO problems. Our eggs are fresh out of the chicken house. Never more than a few hrs old.
Also he makes a case against the lipid heart theory. For one, cholesterol is a very poor indicator of heart health. You can have high cholesterol and be healthy or have low cholesterol and fall over dead from a heart attack. This happened to my supervisor. He was feeling poorly so he went to the doctor and they ran blood panels, EKGs and did the treadmill stress test with heart monitor and passed all with flying colors. He came back excited because his cholesterol was perfect and died a week later at home from a massive heart attack. It’s plaque not cholesterol that is the problem and they are not the same.
Esp the good ones
That’s around 5-600 in pasture raised eggs
Of course I add cheese and cream and chives and salmon etc to my scrambled eggs
Plus a little Perrier puffs up scrambled eggs
Scramble in the skillet another key
6 more months and I’ will have that carton of eggs paid. Yay!
Large eggs are less 25 cents each in my area.
That’s only $6 a day.
8 eggs will supply a typical person’s daily protein requirement. At only $2.
It takes about 1/2 pound of beef to satisfy a person’s daily protein requirement.
Ground beef is $7.50 a pound in my area. Steak is not even in the same ballpark.
Despite their recent rise in price, eggs are still one of the cheapest sources of protein. Plus, they are full of other vitamins and minerals.
