Former classmate describes Harris' IQ situation

I do not hav any way of vetting this but it would come as no shock or surprise based on what I've seen and heard recently.

She also failed the bar exam.

She graduated from law school and passed the bar, which aren’t easy to do and aren’t things you can just sleep your way through.

You don’t think Willie Brown could have helped her out with those things?

An ongoing Holiday In Express degree may be the explanation for her sudden notoriety of national importance

It is funny but (probably) not true. She’s an idiot, and lazy, and possibly often inebriated, though.

At the campus I know about, a certain professor favored certain female students who were dumb as dirt, and who DID pass

I, too, was thinking she didn't need a high IQ to heels-up her way through law school.

On one podcast, someone (forget who) remarked that she is not very book smart, but very calcuating and people smart. I believe that. Certainly, she is not good at being eloquent in real time.

Let’s assume for a moment that this story is a complete fabrication. If it goes viral then it is brilliant trolling, as it forces Kamala to deny that she is stupid. To which anybody can push back, “Prove it right now.”

Bingo. I remember back in the 80s when all High School “valedictorians” were “single moms” with kids. Lately, those little señoritas that don’t become Disney Rock Starettes, go to law school to be “immigration advocates”. The old geezer immigrations “judges” love them to death.

I suspect that, much like medical degrees and examination boards, most of the “learning” in Law is a matter of memorization, not intellectual prowess. My daughter expressed an interest in becoming a doctor, so we started looking into what it takes to get a degree, and almost universally the conclusion was that there’s a LOT of memorization, but not a lot of need for mental horsepower.

I know a lawyer who graduated law school and passed the bar.

She does not inspire confidence as a smart cookie, but she is able to do cut and past work reasonably well.

Not a good one to argue a case in court, but can get you a decent plea deal.

It is hard to know how much is a lack of native intelligence, and how much is being intellectually lazy.

Even with her having “stoner appeal”, she’d still be a good fit on Sesame Street.

The fictional Forrest Gump had a IQ of 75. Just saying.

But the fictional Forrest Gump was conscientious and hardworking.

Kamala's staff (going back to her CA days) says she is basically a lazy slug and never, ever prepares or even reads what her staff has prepared for her.

I doubt this. One parent was a biologist and the other an economist. Perhaps not all that smart vs. people in their professions, but certainly not stupid, much less borderline retarded. People like that don’t have 78 IQ kids, barring oxygen deprivation at birth, or genetic Mongoloidism (neither of which appear to be the case with KH. Also, she passed the bar exam, not an easy thing to do. So, I seriously doubt the veracity of this story. I could see a 98, which is pretty damning for a potential POTUS, since most of them were above 125, about 3 standard deviations above the distinctly average 98. My own personal opinion is that whomever wrote this really disliked her, but that the rest of the story besides the number is true. Honestly, if someone who didn’t understand the scale of an IQ test (because they were drunk, hung over, high or just not paying attention) and they got a 98, they’d figure that they aced it. Not so for a 78 - that’s pure BS.

But there is a big difference between being reasonably book smart and having any common sense, and being a drinker or a drug user isn’t going to help that situation.

Now, WRT the comment made above regarding someone else taking the bar exam for her, that is certainly possible. Being only 3 years older than KH, and having taken several bar exams from 1987-1991 (exactly the time frame when she did, though I didn’t take it in CA), I can say with certainty that no state checked picture IDs back then when you walked into the exam. After she failed once, her “middle class” (another lie of hers, they were quite well to do) could easily have paid some young lady to take the exam for her, and no one would have been the wiser. It is certainly possible, but I have no certain knowledge of whether that’s true or not (though in view of her subsequent actions in repeatedly sleeping with a married man twice her age in order to advance her career, I wouldn’t be surprised).

Bottom line: she’s a dummy, but not quite Forrest Gump dumb.

She graduated from law school..

Many a Law School accepts, then 'graduates' victim-class students.

..and passed the bar..

She 'passed the bar' after several attempts and rumors abound on how special notice and treatment of her exams were eventually employed.

She also failed the bar exam.

Please don't make me defend this cackling socialist rhymes-with-witch.

The first time pass rate for the California bar is 45%. She passed on her second attempt.

Harris probably has an IQ around 100, which would make her the dumbest President in US history, if elected.
