Agree totally.... I have to go there once a year and the number of rats in the downtown area is unbelievable. Once a trip or two ago, I woke up early and walked down Bourbon St. It was mostly deserted and at about Conti St., I sent a mischief of say 25 rats scurrying for the nearest barred gate as I came closer to them.....
