Technically they are mixed drinks. Cocktails are all liquor. No mixers. That being said I’ve never had one that was very good except for Chi Chi’s who puts out a decent Mexican mudslide.

I found Parrot Bay were pretty good but then they seemed to disappear form the stores.

The “Slow and Low” product line from Hochstadter’s is about as good as I’ve found; they’ve been doing pre-mixed cocktails long enough to get it right.
