“Hydrates you”
Actually it is likely to do the exact opposite. Though caffeine has a diuretic effect on the kidneys — especially in high doses. Diuretics cause your body to make more urine than usual. Caffeine may do so by increasing blood flow to your kidneys, which spurs them to release more water through urine. By encouraging urination, compounds with diuretic properties like caffeine affects your hydration status.
I visited my doc for hives and foot skin problems a couple months ago. She saw my dry, cracked soles and asked home much water I was drinking. I made a guess and added my coffee consumption. She said “coffee doesn’t count and may DEHYDRATE you.”
RE: Coffee/girl with wrinkles
Did she take the VAX? I notice people I know who took it are aging prematurely.

She did - she’s 81 but the heavy wrinkles were there before the VAX
Bkmk
If’n every mornin’ them cows done lickn your face, you got thet creamy babyfaced skin.
It’s the only liquid I drink. I’m 80...and want to flush the salt out of my system....so the big thing is fluid, fluid, fluid.
I just googled...and there’s 100 sites that say it is unlikely to dehydrate you...and they’re all big med sites.
Exercise, too.
Funny story from today. We went to UGA for a college tour for my daughter and she commented how smooth my skin is, which gets washed with soap. This mid 50’s guy has been drinking 8-10 cups of coffee daily since the military. I told her I shaved so I didn’t look like a bum for her. Then this article pops up. Odds are she will probably start drinking coffee now.
Probably from the way the girls tanned back in the day. My wife had baby oil all over her body and those reflective doohickies to aim the sunlight in the right places. Our old neighbor across the street was what I call a California raisin. The was just a big wrinkle, nice as can be but dang.
