At what point does Jack Smith's "election interference" case against Trump become, itself, "election interference?"
To: E. Pluribus Unum

"At what point does Jack Smith's "election interference" case against Trump become, itself, "election interference?"" I was thinking the same thing myself and it has been blatant election interference since the day Smith was illegally hired.

It is election interference, as is the WaPo’s IDIOTIC take on this — “nourishing back to health” a completely ILLEGAL case brought by a ILLEGALLY “appointed” Special Counsel that does not follow the LAW requiring the Senate to approve in the first place.
Utter Bullcrap. And Smith SHOULD be disbarred along with Merrick Garland. Both are psychopaths— frankly.

The lesson for Republicans should be, once and for all, that you can't "reach across the aisle" with Democrats and expect fair treatment.
Democrats have repeatedly bragged about "dragging Republicans along" until it no longer suits their needs, and then they will not hesitate to "pull the trigger" on whatever the next steps in their plan are.

Jack Smith can always be counted on for a “bump up” in the polls.

Smith is seditious, trying to introduce non-Constitutional European standards of prosecution in to the US.

Well ol’ Jack is going to be on the unemployment line the day Trump takes office, so he better enjoy it now.

Correction to Stein and Dowsey:
It is ONLY a political question. The legal side isn’t justice, but rather Lawfare bent on Trump losing the election.
In other words, illegal election interference.

I hope Trump gets elected and puts Jack Smith in jail for the rest of his life for treason, sedition and election interference. He should be put in the cell with a J6 prisoner. That would be the just way he meets his end.

According to these same villains, everything Nixon did was “hunting” or “persecuting” political opponents including keeping an enemies list. That sorry paper made movies patting itself on the back for Watergate.
But when the parties are reversed, they wag their tails and wave poms poms.
